Instructions：
Papagayo means "Parrot" in Spanish. I want a Parrot in the design in some fashion. Probably as a drawing or abstract line sketch. Possibly using the texture of the feathers in the design in some way.
Colors should be red, yellow and green. (Ethiopian Flag colors typically associated with reggae music.)
I will need something that can work in color (online and print) as well as in black and white, and I will need versions with transparent backgrounds.
Fonts should be easy to read (Thai locals are a target audience and typically have trouble with script and excessively fancy serif fonts.)
Ultimately, I will need a collection of assets (web banners, letterhead, avatars, etc) using this logo.
UPDATE: After seeing the various designs, I think the cartoon parrot gives a "Jimmy Buffett" look and feel that I want to stay away from. I think the parrot needs to be more real looking and less cartoon character looking. And I'm liking the simple line sketch concept. the one below isn't exactly there, but I like the direction.
You are all quite talented. This is really cool. I've never used something like this before, but I will be using it a lot soon. :-)

The bird on top of the P isn't working for me.
I'm going to select #27 as I have to have a logo now. It's not what I want, am I'm very frustrated that we have gone back and forth on this for a week without getting the design I want.
Karjen, I want to pay you for the bird design you have done.
Please tell me how and how much, to buy that bird design so that I can give it to not2shabby to incorporate. tech support on the site tells me this can be done.
I'm trying to be fair to both of you, but you both have half of the design I want.

Open design concept stage had ended with 1 submissions from 1 designers. Go to DESIGNS tab to view all submissions.
Just looked at the final design package and the image sizes are very small.. I can't open the ai file, but the others are tiny.
How can I use these for large printing???
even the eps file is 330x250 pixels??? I expected much higher resolution files. What's up with that?
I also expected to get transparent background files and I don't see them.
Once again, I'm delayed another day to try to get this logo done.
I really like the creativity of the designers on this service, but I really DO NOT LIKE THE SITE. I don't like not being able to work directly with the designers and having to post everything here. It is cumbersome and it has wasted a lot of time, pushed me way beyond deadline and after buying 2 designs, I STILL don't have what I need.
