The Colonized is a Los Angeles based hard rock band. We are going to release our first EP later this month and look to quickly build our social media and online presence and we consider a memorable logo to play an important role in that process.
Instructions：
We currently are using a particular font for the band name (attached and also seen at the top of www.thecolonized.com) but are open to a more unique/memorable design for the full band name. I have also thought that as a logo, an intertwining T and C could work very well, something along the lines of another logo that I found and have attached. I am also open to some sort of memorable image/symbol logo (possibly some sort of tattered flag) such as the Weezer "W" logo and the Rolling Stones lips and tongue logo (not attached, but we do not want ours to look like the Rolling Stones logo, it is just an example of this image/symbol approach). Whichever you have the best idea for that would be appropriate for a hard rock band (either The Colonized, an intertwining TC, or an image/symbol) is what we would like to see. Whichever you design, we would like something that overall has a clean and modern look and feel to it (along the lines of the sample TC logo and Weezer "W" logo provided).
