- My Business is called Whole Health Power, LLC<br>As a Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I work with busy professionals on the go to EMPOWER small sustainable lifestyle changes toward holistic health and TRANSFORMATION!<br><br>My clients come to me because they are overwhelmed and don't feel like they have the time to cook or lead a healthy lifestyle. They want to lose weight and increase their levels of energy, confidence, happiness, and joy.<br><br>They struggle with burnout and hold diagnoses of insulin resistance, blood sugar issues, diabetes, PCOS, and depression. Moreover, their health issues are negatively affecting their work productivity. I help my clients to be happy and healthy on the go!<br><br>I work in a holistic manner beyond just food with clients because I feel that our lifestyle choices in areas such as work, career, relationships, spirituality, and movement affect our relationship with food and vice versa.<br><br>I empower clients to elucidate the underlying reasons that drive their behaviors around food, body, and health. As such, I believe there's a deeper meaning behind negative symptoms and unwanted behaviors and I see them as invitations for deeper, spiritual and holistic work which leads change in mind and body overall.<br><br>I believe that healing comes from within my clients and as such I do not fix my clients or impose change onto them. My role as a Health Coach is to hold space and provide conditions for their EMPOWERMENT them toward SUSTAINABLE change, WHOLENESS, and a life that they truly want.<br><br>I also am a Board Certified Music Therapist, and while my business does not entail music therapy or treatment of any kind, I utilize the therapeutic aspects of music with my coaching clients.

- My personality colors = blended aquamarines/turquoise-teals with magenta/purple - colors that POP! I'm a very enthusiastic coach<br><br>Whole Health colors = greens, browns, deep purples/wine - colors that ground, are warming<br><br>Power! = complementary gold/yellow to the deep blues, perhaps an exclamation point or thunderbolt, I'm all about getting my clients into ACTION, but in a gentle, slow steady, sustainable way.<br><br>I understand these colors may be varied - but I consider myself as integrative, synergistic and promoting BALANCE. So I am enthusiastic about empowerment, and know the power of grounding.<br><br>I coach from balanced left and right-brained perspectives with my experience in the sciences (I have a degree in Neuroscience), and my training in the creative arts as a musician and a music therapist.<br><br>Any images that come to my mind would indicate polar aspects integrating holistically into an empowered whole - that's my consideration of health<br><br>Another powerful image to consider is the phoenix rising from the ashes - I EMPOWER my clients toward TRANSFORMATION<br><br>I've attached a picture of a wreath (only with the magenta purple-ish color scheme though) - but the wreath having an element of brown & wholeness to it<br><br>I've also attached a picture of what my hair and make-up USED to look like, the blue is certainly part of my personality where the colors POP, I think that's important to include.<br><br>THANK YOU!! !:)

- Afor the words "Whole Health" I'd love for them to be on the same line - and with a thick, undulating font much like the "Maya" on the bottom left of my sample styles
I'd like the words "Whole Health" to have a RUSTIC and NATURAL feel - perhaps a green color such as #849368 Color Hex
perhaps maybe a branch and leaf ivy off to the side
I'd really like the phoenix in my sketch to show upward movement to indicate TRANSFORMATION
- wide spread of wings rich in purples/magentas, loose feathers below to the side (can be accented with reds/oranges/yellows as in the imagery of a phoenix)
In the silhouette, I'd like arms raised, even asymmetrically - and gradient on the bottom bee a deep lower royal/aquamarine blue, gradually lightening upward to a ligher blue, even sky blue
the word power, i'd like as a solid grounding font such as Sigmar Regular or Tinet Regular
If possible, i'd like the letter "O" in power to resemble a computer/electronics on/off sign (circle with vertical line at top), where the line at the top comes from a deep gold thunderbolt emanating from the bottom of the silhouette.
I'd like the entire logo surrounded by a perfect circle.

Some more notes re: where I am coming from.
My company is all about EMPOWERING HOLISTIC HEALTH and evoking TRANSFORMATION
while I would like the colors to be a deep gradient of blues to magentas, I would like to see something "natural"/rustic - such as greens, which are the source of the empowerment (as symbolized in movement in the phoenix Open design concept stage had ended with 1 submissions from 1 designers.
