I would like a logo for my consulting business that helps businesses achieve successful IT asset disposition (ITAD). 
The logo is for our "Disposal Desk" service. Just like a help desk for IT, but for IT Asset Disposition, we handle every element of managing your ITAD projects.

I'd like it to resemble the logos for my other business Retire-IT (www.retire-it.com) and ITADCentral (www.itadcentral.com). 

I'd like to incorporate a headset to symbolize a call center operator. 

I'd like to use the same colors from the Retire-IT logo, 

We'll need a black and white version. I'll also need a transparent version. I'll need the common formats (JPG, BMP, PNG, etc.).
