Company Intro：

We are a small, but growing, vacation property rental company. We own, operate, and manage short term rentals (think Airbnb and Vrbo) in the Branson, MO market. Our rentals are split 50/50 between Branson, MO (think family friendly Las Vegas) and Table Rock Lake (boating, water skiing, swimming, etc.). Our target clients are small and mid-sized families with young children, and we provide affordable, family-friendly accommodations.

Instructions：

I don't have a specific style in mind, and I think the examples I selected are a good varieties of styles that appeal to me. However, I'm not really looking for something that appeals to me - I want it to speak to my target audience. As far as colors go, we're looking for deep greens, blues, and earth tones. Table Rock Lake is very clear, but in the deeper sections where you can't see the bottom, it is a greenish blue (close to teal, but a bit darker). Branson and Table Rock Lake are in the Ozark Mountains, which are more like very large rolling hills covered in tall oak and pine trees. Our company name, Sugar Bear Vacations, comes from a nickname of our favorite cat, Duke (aka Sugar Bear), not an actual bear. Unfortunately, Duke passed away last year. I don't know if it is possible to incorporate a cat into the theme of the design, but if there is, I'd love to see it (picture of Duke attached).
