It's a food truck whose logo must reflect two cultures, tacos from Mexico and Arepas from Venezuela. The Truck will be wrapped in the flags so I don't think we need the flags. But if you think they look good it can be used in the logo. Perhaps a Mexican man offering tacos and a Venezuelan woman offering arepas.
