We are a NEWLY FORMED Texas company that seeks to form partnerships with investor capital through the use of syndicated investment platforms for investment real estate, mostly Multi-Family (apartments), providing superior returns and wealth growth. Our relationships will be within a network of roles within the general partner community of Property Managers, Asset Managers, Insurance, Construction, etc..., but our core customer is the Investor who places their capital with us for a steady return, and significant growth in their share of the asset value for enhanced returns on sale of the assets. This will be accomplished with a value-add philosophy of acquiring properties below market value and improving their desirability, rents, occupancy, and financial value through improvements that allow higher rental fees and additional revenue streams. ___________________________ What is the significance of the Argyle Pattern and what does it mean to our name/logo?
