For example, I want to find tax consultant to get to know about tax law, so the client would check the website and find the keyword &#39;tax&#39;. Client would be suggested in two ways (online/offline). If online, the client directed to private chat room with consultant. If offline, the client must schedule the meeting (when necessary) with the consultant.

Please use more simple and identify the user needs. I want to use magnifying glass symbol to represent that. Give a little accent to the symbol.
